Why Ultrasonic Measurement Technology?

Measurement deviations caused by wear and friction that develop over time in traditional mechanical meters are completely eliminated with ultrasonic technology.

Zero Wear: The design with no moving parts offers a service life of up to 15–20 years.
High Sensitivity: Precisely detects low-flow gas leaks or pilot flame consumption.
Maintenance-Free Structure: With no mechanical friction, calibration stability is maintained for many years.

Smart Safety and Integrated Shut-Off Valve Features

Eska smart gas meters are not just measuring devices, but also active safety terminals.

• Automatic Gas Shut-Off: The built-in motorized shut-off valve cuts off the gas supply within milliseconds when high flow (pipe rupture), an earthquake (acceleration sensor), or high temperature is detected.
• Tamper Protection: The system generates instant alarms in case of meter removal, magnetic interference, or front cover opening.
• Leak Detection: By continuously analyzing low-flow patterns, it detects internal installation leaks and reports them to both the user and the central system.

Thanks to their design with no moving parts, they offer low maintenance costs. Integrated NB-IoT communication capabilities and high data security enable continuous monitoring and digital management required by smart cities.
When the battery level reaches a critical threshold, the system closes the valve for safety reasons. Well before this occurs, a low battery warning is sent to the central system, allowing timely intervention.
G4 type meters measure flow rates of up to 6 m³/h. This capacity is ideal for standard residential buildings and small-scale commercial facilities.
